A little bit about me: I have been in the vintage jewelry
business for many, many years. Throughout all of these years of both collecting and re-selling, I have learned a
fabulous amount of education and experience with the vast eras of vintage jewelry. From the early Victorian to the Retro
era, each piece has a story of its own as well as an individual beauty. I, to this day, enjoy learning something new
everyday about the history, the craftsmanship and eras of many of our ancestors' jewels.
My LaHeir designs come signed and with a Numbered Certificate of Authenticity which is hand
stamped and signed by myself as the sole creator and designer of the LaHeir tradename.
I have 4 fabulous Sons that have always been the sparkle in my eye, my proudest accomplishment in
life has been watching them grow into the fine young men they have become. I am very proud of each and every one of them for
their accomplishments, meeting their goals, supporting my jewelry designing dream, their encouragement as well as their friendship
and love.
I live in the country. Most of the time if you ever stopped by, you would find me outside
in my perennial beds up to my arms in bark mulch and gorgeous flowers. Outside gardening is my true absolute favorite
past time......helps me to concentrate and dream up new jewelry heirloom designs for you to enjoy.
My Business Philosophy: As my wonderful Mother & Father
taught me throughout my early childhood to adulthood, my Father would always tell me "Treat your customers
with respect, greet them with a smile and a hand shake and above all treat them with courtesy". I still to this
day live up to that old quote of my beloved Father and live by the old fashioned rules of life. I enjoy meeting
new people who also have the love and passion of vintage jewelry and antiques. Also enjoying the ideas and passing along
among Artisans unique ways to create some jewelry designs with wonder, awe and even some with a mysterious air about them..
I hope you have enjoyed your visit here and will stop by again.
Sincerely,
Deborah Serfas
